Shuckle business card (Pokémon Center Tokyo)

Some kind of Pokédex card given out to customers at Pokémon Center Tokyo.

The card is the size and quality (bad) of a business card. It's very easily damaged and the ink comes off really easy. I've cleaned it a bit but the print comes off so easily I don't dare to do much more, so this is pretty much the condition I got it in (I bought it second hand). The seller didn't have more information than something like "Given out at the Pokémon center".
