Bootleg Tazo 4

A funky-looking Shuckle and Pokémon logo with the extra "e" at the end! Good times! The text on the back seems to say "vuruş" which is Turkish for "hit"/"impacting". Shuckle's Japanese name, Tsubotsubo, is used and written with Latin letters.

I think I bought this from someone from Ukraine though, and I usually see similar bootlegs there so I'm a bit confused about the origin.
